1病例介绍患者男,71岁。因体检分别于2013年2月、10月在我院行CT检查示:左侧上颌窦、筛窦及蝶窦炎症,鼻息肉形成(图1)。患者无任何症状,未就医。2013年12月,患者感左侧持续性鼻塞,伴少量黏性鼻涕,无头痛、鼻衄、嗅觉减退、复视、视力减退、牙痛等不适。自行服用感冒药(具体不详)后症状无改善,于2014年7月入外院再次行鼻窦CT及鼻内镜检查(图2),初步诊断为慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(伴鼻息肉),遂住院手术治疗,术后鼻腔新生物病理检查提示:左侧鼻腔
1 case description Patient male, 71 years old.
