磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶/丝苏氨酸蛋白激酶(PI3K/AKT)信号转导通路作为细胞生长增殖的重要转导通路,在维持细胞恶性生物学特性中起重要作用。细胞在一系列内外因素的作用下,通过启动PI3K/AKT信号转导通路,诱导细胞的增殖、分化,避免细胞发生凋亡。近年来研究表明,PI3K/AKT信号转导通路在肿瘤细胞恶性增殖、血管新生和转移以及对放化疗的拮抗中起着重要作用。文章主要综述PI3K/AKT信号转导通路的结构特点,及其在乳腺癌转移与耐药中的作用。
Phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/streonine protein kinase (PI3K/AKT) signal transduction pathway is an important transduction pathway for cell growth and proliferation, and plays an important role in maintaining the malignant biological characteristics of cells. Under the influence of a series of internal and external factors, the cell initiates the PI3K/AKT signal transduction pathway, induces cell proliferation, differentiation, and prevents cell apoptosis. Recent studies have shown that PI3K/AKT signal transduction pathway plays an important role in the malignant proliferation, angiogenesis and metastasis of tumor cells, and in the antagonism of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. This article reviews the structural features of the PI3K/AKT signal transduction pathway and its role in breast cancer metastasis and drug resistance.
