本文报道了由1-对甲苯磺酰基4-氨基吲哚出发制得了五个创新霉素类化合物,精原细胞法实验表明,1-对甲苯磺酰基-3-三氟甲基创新霉素具有抗瘤活性。
In this paper, we reported five novel compounds from 1-p-toluenesulfonyl 4-aminoindole. The spermatogonia assay showed that 1-p-toluenesulfonyl-3-trifluoromethyl- Antitumor activity.
