今年以来,集安市公安局依据督察条例规定,开展了多种形式的督察工作。他们的主要做法是:一是对违纪案件和教育整顿情况进行专项督察。二是对警车使用情况实施专项督察。三是不间断、不定期地对民警出入高消费娱乐场所开展督察。对违反局规私自进入歌舞厅、自唱厅的,一经发现局纪检委在全局通报批评的同时,并对违规民警给予一定数额的经济处罚。上半年共督察19次,检查高消费娱乐场所130多家,查出民警出入歌舞厅2人,均按规定进行了严肃处理。
