目的:探讨毫米波疗法联合低剂量药物治疗幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染的治疗效果。方法:对经尿素酶试验和活体组织学检查证实为 HP 感染胃、十二指肠球部疾病的患者62例,应用毫米波体外辐射联合低剂量药物治疗14天,并与常规剂量药物治疗 HP 感染相同疾病患者51例的根除疗效对比观察。结果:毫米波联合低剂量药物组根除率为94%,常规剂量药物组根除率为74%,两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),副作用发生率分别是:对照组24%,试验组6%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:毫米波联合低剂量药物根除 HP 感染疗效可靠。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of millimeter wave therapy combined with low-dose drugs in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection. Methods: Sixty-two patients with HP-infected stomach and duodenal bulb confirmed by urease test and biopsy were treated with millimeter-wave extracorporeal radiation combined with low-dose drug for 14 days and treated with conventional dose of HP Efficacy of eradication in 51 patients with the same disease. Results: The eradication rate of MMW combined with low-dose drug group was 94%, and the eradication rate of conventional drug group was 74%. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The incidence of side effects were 24% The test group 6%, the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Millimeter wave combined with low-dose drugs to eradicate HP infection is reliable.
