高校为社会主义建设事业输送着大量高素质人才,构成了社会主义建设事业的脊梁,而提高高校党建科学化为保持人才培育的先进性提供了重要基础,为高校党建工作带来了新的生命力,本文主要从高校党建工作科学化的基本涵义和高校党建科学化的实现路径两方面,对实现高校党建工作科学化问题进行了探讨。
Colleges and universities have delivered a large number of highly qualified personnel for the cause of socialist construction and formed the backbone of the cause of socialist construction. However, improving scientificization of party building in colleges and universities has provided an important foundation for maintaining the advanced nature of personnel training and brought new vitality to the party building in colleges and universities , This paper discusses the issue of scientific construction of party building in colleges and universities from two aspects: the scientific meaning of party building in colleges and universities and the path of scientific construction of party building in colleges and universities.
