重点介绍基于关联数据进行科研机构评价的模型、原理及方法;利用Google Scholar,Springer,CNKI等检索研究主题相关的文献进行调研分析,梳理和分析目前科研机构评价的研究现状和未来发展方向;在文献计量和网络计量的基础上结合关联数据从科研产出、人才产出、科研队伍、科研奖励等几个维度来构建一个科研机构综合评价模型;获取更多类型的数据和提高指标计算方法的准确性将是未来的研究重点。
This paper mainly introduces the model, principle and method of evaluation of scientific research institutions based on related data. It conducts research and analysis on the related research topics such as Google Scholar, Springer and CNKI, combs and analyzes the current research status and future development of scientific research institutions. Literature measurement and network measurement based on the combination of relevant data from scientific research output, output of qualified personnel, research teams, scientific research awards and other dimensions to build a comprehensive evaluation of scientific research institutions; access to more types of data and improve the calculation of indicators Accuracy will be the focus of future research.
