指出固态照明技术是当前最具发展前景的高技术领域之一。近年来,由于巨大的应用需求,固态照明发展出现了市场领先于技术发展、技术研究领先于基础研究的特点。如何实现半导体固态照明用的LED芯片的超高效,是全世界半导体照明领域面临的最重要问题。加快超高效LED、OLED的若干重大基础科学问题研究,解决产业发展的技术瓶颈,已经迫在眉睫。运用文献计量分析方法中的文献基本数量分析、关键词词频统计分析、共词分析、多维尺度分析等方法和可视化技术,并结合SPSS统计分析软件、社会网络分析中UCINET软件工具,以及美国Thomson公司开发的Thomson Data Analyzer和Aureka等工具,解读国家/地区固态照明研究的发展现状与趋势、固态照明研究的活跃度以及固态照明领域中的两个子领域LED和OLED的研究热点。
It is pointed out that solid-state lighting technology is one of the most promising high-tech fields at present. In recent years, due to the huge application demand, the development of solid-state lighting market has emerged ahead of the technical development, technical research ahead of the basic research characteristics. How to achieve ultra-efficient LED chips for semiconductor solid-state lighting is the most important issue facing semiconductor lighting in the world. It is imminent to speed up the research of some major basic scientific problems of ultra-efficient LEDs and OLEDs and to solve the technical bottleneck of industrial development. By using the methods of literature quantitative analysis, such as basic quantity analysis, keyword frequency statistical analysis, co-word analysis, multi-dimensional scale analysis and visualization techniques, combined with SPSS statistical analysis software, UCINET software tools in social network analysis and Thomson Developed Thomson Data Analyzer and Aureka and other tools to interpret the state of the solid state lighting research and development status and trends of the solid state lighting research activity and solid state lighting in the two sub-areas of LED and OLED research hot spots.
