患者,女,46岁。1987年3月30日因右侧面颊部肿物,右上颌后牙疼痛而求治我院。患者于8个月前感到右上颌后牙疼痛,时剧,时缓,不能指明疼痛部位。3个月前发现右上颌后牙松动,在当地医院拔除,出血较多。拔牙半月后发现颊沟处肿物突出,并逐渐增大,微感疼痛,偶尔放射至右侧颊部。近1个月来右侧鼻塞,肿物明显增大,但未见鼻衄及脓涕。检查:一般情况好,全身其它部位无异常发现。颌面部检查,见右面颊部明显肿大,
