临床观察结果表明兰氏法是一个年代较久的的经典手术方法,修补裂隙可获得较满意的疗效。二瓣法对恢复腭部解剖形态和语音效果优于其它手术方法。咽后壁瓣移植手术封闭裂隙可靠,但因其破坏了腭咽括约式运动,远期语音效果欠佳。腭、颊瓣碍裂根治术则弥补了前法的不足,是修复宪大腭裂较为理想的手术方法。
Clinical observations show that Rankine's method is a classic surgical method with a long history. Repairing the fractures can achieve more satisfactory results. Two flap method to restore palate anatomical morphology and speech effects than other surgical methods. Pharyngeal wall flap transplant surgery crevice reliable, but because of its destruction of velopharyctomy type exercise, long-term voice effect is poor. Cleft palate and cheek flap radical mastectomy make up the deficiencies of the former method, which is an ideal surgical method for repairing the cleft palate.
