目的优选微波辅助提取络石藤总黄酮的工艺。方法以总黄酮提取率为考察指标,采用正交试验研究微波辅助提取络石藤总黄酮的工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺为微波功率500 W、微波提取时间30 min、反应温度70℃、乙醇体积分数70%、料液比1∶20;在此条件下,总黄酮的提取率为3.94%。结论优化后的工艺简便可行,为络石藤总黄酮提取纯化工艺的产业化提供理论依据。
Objective To optimize the technology of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Trachelosperma serotii. Methods Taking total flavonoid extraction rate as the index, the orthogonal experiment was used to study the technological conditions of microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from the stone. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: microwave power 500 W, microwave extraction time 30 min, reaction temperature 70 ℃, ethanol volume fraction 70% and solid-liquid ratio 1:20. Under these conditions, the extraction rate of total flavonoids was 3.94%.
