我院自1992年～1994年12月间对住院肺结核中等量以上咯血在临床上应用脑垂体后叶素效果不佳及应用有禁忌症者,改用较大剂量维生素 K_3治疗21例,取得较好疗效。就其作用机理作进一步探讨。
