自信心是一个人事业成功的动力源泉。电大普专班学生刚入学时普遍存在自卑,学习生活缺乏自信心,作为班主任有责任有义务帮助他们在学习生活中树立起自信心。我们要从分析导致电大学生产生自卑原因方面入手,不仅注重个体学生学习自信心的培养,还要注重班级整体自信心的培养,更要根据青年学生易反复的特点注重长期自信心的培养。重新唤起自信心,努力完成学习任务,培养成为社套主义事业建设的高等应用型人才。 Self-confidence is a source of motivation for a successful career. TV broadcaster students generally inferiority into school, lack of self-confidence in learning life, as a class teacher has an obligation to help them to build self-confidence in their learning life.
