患者男,23岁,住院号10014。因腹痛伴呕血及解柏油便15天,于1979年10月21日入院。缘于15天前早饭后约2小时,突然呕吐鲜血一次,伴有血块及食物残渣,量约2饭碗,继之出现上腹部疼痛。次日解大便呈柏油状,量较多。曾在当地治疗,因病情不见好转而转我院。患者经常赤足从事农田劳动。当地为钩虫病流行区。1976年曾患“胃痛”一次,用痢特灵、维生素U等治疗后缓解,以后未曾发作。据称家族成员中无传染病。
