随着科学技术的进步和生产规模的不断扩大,机械设备在工程施工中的地位和作用越来越重要。从某种意义上讲,施工机械对公路工程起着决定性的作用。因此,加强施工机械的管理工作,已成为施工企业机械管理各级职能部门的一项重要任务。要把企业的机械用好,使之在使用过程中达到高产、耐用、优质、低成本的效果,必须依靠科学的管理工作。
With the progress of science and technology and the continuous expansion of production scale, the position and role of mechanical equipment in construction are becoming more and more important. In a sense, construction machinery plays a decisive role in highway engineering. Therefore, strengthening the management of construction machinery has become an important task of mechanical management of construction enterprises at all levels of functional departments. To make good use of the machinery of the enterprise so that it can achieve high yield, durability, high quality and low cost in the course of its use must rely on scientific management.
