文化保护与经济发展冲突背景下的图书馆目标价值取向是以保存人类文化遗产为重要使命,利用文献为当今及未来的社会发展服务。阿尔伯特·卡恩的“地球史料馆”的设立为建立影像资料库,保存传统文化打开了思路。
Under the background of conflict between cultural protection and economic development, the target value orientation of libraries is based on the preservation of human cultural heritage as an important mission and uses literature to serve the present and future social development. The establishment of Albert Kahn’s “Earth History Museum” opens up new ideas for establishing an image database and preserving traditional culture.
