温州市人民政府令第148号《温州市农村公路管理办法》已经市人民政府第43次常务会议审议通过,现予发布,自2014年11月1日起施行。市长陈金彪二○一四年九月二十五日第一章总则第一条为加强和规范全市农村公路建设、养护与管理工作,保护农村公路路产路权,保障农村公路完好、安全、畅通,根据《中华人民共和国公路法》、《公路安全保护条例》和《浙江省农村公路养护与管理办法》
