目前,人民银行基层行基于为履职提供设备、技术、服务等保障性条件的需要,需要对外签订各类合同,合同类型主要以采购(买卖)、服务、建设改造(装修)、维修保养四大类为主。如何严格审核合同,及时发现合同风险点,完善和加强合同管理,不断提升人员法律素养,是人民银行基层行法治建设的重要工作,也是人民银行基层行防范法律风险、维护合法权益的有效保障。
At present, the grass-roots banks of the PBC need to sign various types of contracts based on the needs of providing equipment, technologies and services to fulfill their duties. The types of contracts are mainly procurement (sale and purchase), service, construction and renovation (renovation), maintenance and repair Main categories. How to strictly examine contracts, find out contractual risk points in time, improve and strengthen contract management, and continuously enhance legal literacy of personnel are the important work of the people’s bank at the grassroots level to rule by law.
