内燃机车柴油机在长时间使用后其曲轴的修复,也即内燃机车柴油机使用寿命的恢复,是一个众所周知的实际问题。内燃机车修理厂在执行交通部有关节约资源和进口产品国产化的任务时,这一问题就更为突出。但是在许多修理厂中,由于曲轴修复比较复杂和修理成本较高,所以未能进行这项工作。曲轴修复的主要方法有:矫正法──消除振摆;研磨法──消除曲轴的椭圆度和局部表面机械损伤,如擦伤、划痕;镀复法──修复被磨损之轴颈的直径;堵焊法──消除曲轴长期使用中产生的剩余应力。本文介绍了在内燃机车修理厂中积累的修复曲轴的经验。
It is a well-known fact that the repair of a crankshaft of a diesel locomotive after long-term use, that is, the recovery of the service life of a diesel locomotive. This problem is even more acute when diesel locomotive repair shops implement the tasks of the Ministry of Communications on resource conservation and localization of imported products. However, in many repair shops, this work has not been done due to the complexity of the crankshaft repair and the high repair costs. Crankshaft repair the main methods are: correction method ─ ─ elimination of vibration; grinding method ─ ─ to eliminate the crankshaft ovality and local surface mechanical damage, such as scratches, scratches; plating complex method ─ ─ repair worn journal diameter ; Welding method ─ ─ eliminate the long-term use of crankshaft residual stress generated. This article describes the experience of repairing a crankshaft accumulated in a diesel locomotive repair shop.
