当前,在新课程改革背景下,部分初中语文教师感到非常困惑,传统的教学理念与新课程教改的理念出现了碰撞,传统的教学模式已经不再适应教育教学改革的需求以及学生身心发展的需求,导致教学成效陷入了低下的困境。针对这样的状况,每一位初中语文教师都应当进行深刻的反省,针对自身教学工作中的各个方面进行回顾,尤其是要针对当前教学氛围淡漠、教学手段陈旧、教学环节受限、教学过程枯燥、教学考核欠缺、教学差距拉大、教学空间受限等七方面的困境,开展深入的分析,并针对性的改进措施。
