采用反相高效液相色谱法，对黄连上清片中黄连素的含量进行测定。方法简便，其它组分对测定无干扰，重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。测定结果，平均加样回收率为９９．８７±０．７３９１％，变异系数为１．７％，黄连上清片中黄连素的含量为０．１０５５±０．００２％。样品用超声波震荡法提取，过滤膜过滤，滤液进样。流动相为：乙腈一十二烷基硫酸钠一乙酸（６５：３５：１），流速１．５ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，检测波长３４５ｎｍ，灵敏度０．０５ＡＵＦＳ，外标峰面积法计算。
The berberine content in Huanglian Shangqing Tablets was determined by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The method is simple, other components have no interference to the determination, and have good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of the preparation. The results showed that the average recovery rate was 99.87±0.7391% and the coefficient of variation was 1.7%. The content of berberine in Huanglian Shangqing Tablets was 0.1055±0.002%. The sample was extracted by ultrasonic oscillation, filtered through a filter membrane, and the filtrate was injected. The mobile phase was: acetonitrile sodium lauryl sulfate-acetic acid (65:35:1), flow rate 1.5 ml/min, detection wavelength 345 nm, sensitivity 0.05 AUFS, external standard peak area method.
