金樱子Rosa laevigada Michx.为蔷薇科常绿攀缘灌木半成熟果实、酸、涩、平。归肾、膀胱、大肠经。具有固精缩尿、固崩止带;升清别浊,涩肠止泻等功效。1 遗精,滑泄:笔者曾以金樱子、芡实为主,治愈一位遗精三年,几乎每晚遗精,病人取金樱子、芡实、莲子肉各15g,煅龙牡各20g,菖蒲、远志、茯神、当归、沙苑子各10g,服10剂,每周2—3次,守原方继服一个月,遗精止,睡眠佳,诸症愈。
