裂叶苣荬菜水煎液２７，１８．９ｇ（相当生药量）／ｋｇ／日，连续灌胃６天，能显著降低ＣＣｌ４肝损伤小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶（ＳＧＰＴ）水平；并显著增加ＣＣｌ４肝损伤小鼠肝糖元含量；裂叶苣卖菜水煎液１６，１２，８ｇ（相当生药量）ｋｇ／日，连续灌胃４天，能显著缩短ＣＣｌ４，肝损伤小鼠戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间；并对小鼠胆汁分泌有显著促进作用，灌胃给药２７，１８，９ｇ／ｋｇ，１２小时１次，连续５次，对部分切除肝脏的小鼠肝再生有显著促进作用。
