以忍冬幼茎、幼叶为外植体进行组织培养,在MS培养基上愈伤组织生长迅速、旺盛。愈伤组织中含有氯原酸、异氯原酸成分,含量在2.5%左右。
The young stems and young leaves of the honeysuckle were used as explants for tissue culture. The callus grew quickly and vigorously on the MS medium. The callus contains chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid, and the content is about 2.5%.
