中医治病主要靠中药。而中药的用法目前大部分为汤剂煎服。从某种意义上说,中医的临床疗效很大程度取决于中药煎熬的质量。怎样正确煎煮中药?如何才能提高中药煎剂的煎煮质量?本文拟就上述问题谈谈自己的体会和看法。 (一)煎煮前的冷浸处理中(草)药一般含有蛋白质成分,而蛋白质大多能溶于水,加热至沸可使蛋白质凝固变型发生沉淀。一般蛋白质在中药成分中是无效成分。如果煎煮中药时一开始就加入沸水,会使药材中蛋白质成分来不及溶解而很快凝固,也妨碍了有效成分

How can we improve the decoction quality of Chinese decoction? This article intends to talk about your own experience and views on the above issues. (1) The cold (or grass) pre-decoction (grass) drugs generally contain protein components, while most of the proteins are soluble in water, and heating to boiling causes protein coagulation to precipitate. General protein is an ineffective component in Chinese medicine ingredients. If boiled water is added at the beginning of decoction of traditional Chinese medicine, the protein components in the medicinal material will not dissolve soon enough to solidify, and it will also hinder the active ingredients.
