目的对电子无痛胃镜检查中优质护理的应用进行探讨。方法选择我院收治80例电子无痛胃镜检查患者,随机划分为对照组和观察组。对照组开展常规护理,观察组开展优质护理,进行两组检查成功率、术后不适发生率的对比。结果观察组检查成功率比对照组高,术后不适发生率比对照组低(均P>0.05)。结论在电子无痛胃镜检查过程中应用优质护理,能够促进检查成功率的提升,具有较高的推广价值。
Objective To investigate the application of quality nursing in electronic painless gastroscopy. Methods Totally 80 patients who underwent electronic painless gastroscopy in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group to carry out routine care, observation group to carry out quality care, the success rate of the two groups to check the incidence of postoperative discomfort. Results The success rate of observation group was higher than that of control group. The incidence of postoperative discomfort was lower than that of control group (all P> 0.05). Conclusion The application of quality nursing in the electronic painless gastroscopy can promote the success rate of examination and has a high promotion value.
