桥梁工程施工主要包括生产流动性、内容复杂性、环境多变性、层次复杂性、点多面广性、高空立体交叉作业性等。其中施工安全是重中之重,若安全防范和管理疏忽,极容易存在着很大的安全隐患和风险。模块化管理的方法和思路在石油工程、燃气管道工程、通信工程、核电工程以及炼化工程中都有相应的研究和应用。本文笔者结合自身工作经验以拉日铁路雅鲁藏布江3#特大桥工程施工安全管理为例,首先阐述了安全模块化管理的概念及其规则,在此基础上,分析了桥梁工程安全模块化管理模式的构建以及安全模块化管理在桥梁工程中的应用,本文为后续桥梁工程施工提高安全管理水平提供借鉴的思路。
Bridge construction mainly includes production fluidity, content complexity, environment variability, level complexity, point wideness, high altitude three-dimensional cross workability and so on. Among them, construction safety is the most important factor. If safety precautions and management are negligent, there is a great potential safety hazard and risk. Modular management methods and ideas in petroleum engineering, gas pipeline engineering, communications engineering, nuclear power engineering and refining engineering have corresponding research and application. In this paper, the author combined with his own working experience to take the construction safety management of the Brahmaputra No.3 Bridge in the LCR as an example. Firstly, the concept and rules of safety modular management are expounded. Based on the analysis, the bridge modular safety management mode Construction and application of security modular management in bridge engineering, this paper provides a reference for improving the safety management of bridge construction.
