6月14日,广东省人大常委会与广东省社科联联合召开人大预算绩效监督理论与实践专题座谈会,邀请省内外专家一同研究探讨如何促进人大预算绩效监督机制创新,进一步推动我省加强预算绩效管理和监督。这个会议的召开很有现实意义。众所周知,审查批准预算,监督预算执行,是宪法和法律赋予各级人大及其常委会的重要职责。推动建立健全预算绩效监督管理制
On June 14, Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress and Guangdong Provincial Federation of Social Sciences jointly held a symposium on theoretical and practical aspects of budget performance supervision for large people. Experts from both inside and outside the province were invited to study and discuss ways to promote the innovation of the people’s congress’s budget performance supervision mechanism and to further promote our province’s strengthening Budget performance management and supervision. The convening of this meeting is of great practical significance. As we all know, examining and approving the budget and supervising the implementation of the budget are the important responsibilities that the Constitution and the law give the people’s congresses and their standing committees at all levels.
