Serum levels of IgA, IgG, IgM and salivary SIgA were measured in 58 cases of laryngeal cancer patients with peripheral blood T lymphocyte count (CD3) and subpopulation (CD4, CD8) and compared with normal healthy subjects. Results The percentage of CD3 and CD4 and the ratio of CD4 / CD8 in laryngocarcinoma group were significantly lower than those in control group, but the percentage of CD8 was significantly increased. The levels of serum IgA and IgG were significantly decreased, while the content of SIgA in saliva was significantly increased in both groups Compared with statistically significant differences. Show that the systemic cellular immunity of patients with laryngeal cancer is not only reduced, but also disorders; systemic humoral immunity levels also declined, while the local humoral immune response has increased.
