近几年来我们对变应性鼻炎进行过敏原测定,检查中发现真菌呈阳性反应者甚多,并对其反应为“++”以上的单纯真菌阳性患者行快速免疫治疗,取得了满意的效果。现介绍如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 检查治疗对象 对520例变应性鼻炎患者,进行吸入组特异性皮试检查,采用皮内注射(抗原来源于北京协和医院变态反应科和西安建工局医院)。真菌抗原常规分为多价真菌Ⅰ、多价真菌Ⅱ、多价真菌Ⅲ三类抗原。对呈“++”以上的单纯真菌阳性患者32例行快速免疫治疗。其中“++”为22例,“+++”为10例。常年发病的18例,6至10月份发病的14例,
