目的调查和分析内蒙古地区医用直线加速器的实际工作量,为医用直线加速器治疗室最优化设计提供基础依据。方法通过现场调查,收集资料,统计和分析资料。调查内容主要包括医用直线加速器实际使用的射线种类、能量、剂量率,实际工作的时间及业务开展情况。结果在受调查的23台医用直线加速器中,有9台国产设备,14台进口设备。国产设备中8台只能产生单个能量档的X射线,没有电子束部分。进口设备均能产生X射线和电子束,并均有2~3能量档的X射线。国产设备的周工作量26.59~356.43Gy/week之间。进口设备的周工作量一般为214.51~640.85Gy/week之间。结论进口设备的工作量高于国产设备。高能量档X射线的使用率不高,电子束的使用率比X射线的使用率明显低。
Objective To investigate and analyze the actual workload of medical linear accelerator in Inner Mongolia and provide the basis for the optimal design of medical linear accelerator treatment room. Methods Through on-the-spot investigation, collect data, statistics and analysis of data. The survey mainly includes the types of radiation used by the medical linear accelerator, energy, dose rate, actual working hours and business development. Results Among the 23 medical linear accelerators surveyed, there were 9 domestic equipment and 14 imported equipment. 8 sets of domestic equipment can only produce a single energy file X-ray, there is no electron beam portion. Imported equipment can produce X-rays and electron beams, and have 2 to 3 energy file X-ray. Weekly workload of domestic equipment 26.59 ~ 356.43Gy / week. The weekly workload of imported equipment is generally between 214.51 ~ 640.85Gy / week. Conclusion The workload of imported equipment is higher than domestic equipment. High-energy file X-ray usage is not high, the use of electron beam than the X-ray utilization was significantly lower.
