目的观察在牙周病超声洁治中应用白芍液的临床疗效。方法将60例随机分为白芍液洁治治疗组(治疗组)27例,无菌蒸馏水洁治对照组(对照组)33例。治疗组在超声洁治中应用白芍液,与对照组应用蒸馏水做对照,比较2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组牙龈出血指数、牙齿松动改善及降低牙袋深度疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),在去除牙结石,牙菌斑方面两组均可达到有效的治疗结果,在根分歧病变和附着丧失方面组间无明显差异(P>0.05),用药过程中无明显不良反应。结论中药白芍液在牙周洁治治疗中具有良好的铺助疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of applying Paeoniae Radix in the ultrasonic cleaning of periodontal disease. Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into treatment group (treatment group), treatment group (n = 33), sterile distilled water treatment group (control group), n = 33. The treatment group was treated with Radix Paeoniae Alba by ultrasonic cleaning, and the control group was treated with distilled water to compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups. Results The treatment group gingival bleeding index, improvement of tooth loosening and reduction of the depth of the dental pocket significantly better than the control group (P <0.05, P <0.01), in the removal of dental calculus, plaque can achieve effective treatment in both groups, There was no significant difference between the groups in terms of root disfigurement and attachment loss (P> 0.05), and there was no obvious adverse reaction in the course of medication. Conclusion Chinese medicine white peony root fluid in the treatment of periodontal disease has a good effect of dedication.
