43只二月龄大白鼠分为实验组和对照组,实验组拔除右侧上颌磨牙。3月和6月分别处死后制作标本,用光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜对比观察。结果表明偏侧咀嚼所引起的颞颌关节结构改变双侧不同,并随年龄增大而加剧,有的标本可见关节的髁状突与关节盘粘连,因而支持偏侧咀嚼是颞颌关节结构器质性改变的重要因素之一。
Forty-three two-month-old rats were divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group was removed the right maxillary molars. After sacrificed in March and June respectively, specimens were made and compared with light microscope, transmission electron microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the structure of the temporomandibular joint caused by unilateral chewing was different on both sides and aggravated with age. Some of the specimens showed the condyle of the joint adhering to the articular disc, thus supporting the unilateral chewing is the structure of the temporomandibular joint One of the important factors of qualitative change.
