本文对103枚人类恒磨牙(第一、二恒磨牙)根分叉部形态进行了测量观察,旨在探讨其对牙周治疗的影响。结果表明,上颌近-选中颊根和下颌近-远中根根分叉角度小于上颌近中颊-腭根或远中颊腭根根分叉角度。又由于国产龈下刮治器的工作面直径较宽,当根分叉角度较小时,器械到达根分叉部受限。因此,按照常规方法常难以对根分叉部进行良好的根面预备。此外,本研究还发现人类多根牙的根面沟凹陷出现率很高,上颌牙近中颊根和下颌牙近、远中根几乎总存在根面沟凹陷,且最大深度可达2mm,因此认为,其可能是根分叉部病变难以彻底消除的重要原因之一。
In this paper, 103 human molars (first and second permanent molars) root bifurcation morphology were measured to explore its impact on periodontal treatment. The results showed that the bifurcation angle of maxillary proximal-distal buccal root and mandibular proximal-distal root was less than the root bifurcation angle of maxillary mesio-buccal or distal buccal palate. And because of the domestic subgingival curettor face a wide diameter, when the root bifurcation angle is small, the device reached the root bifurcation limited. Therefore, according to a conventional method, it is often difficult to prepare a good root surface for the root bifurcation. In addition, the present study also found that the incidence of root ditch depression in human multi-rooted teeth is very high. The mesial buccal root and mandibular teeth of maxillary teeth are near. There are almost always root-gully sags in distal root and the maximal depth can reach 2mm. Therefore, , Which may be one of the important reasons that the root bifurcation lesions can not be completely eliminated.
