高唐县位于位山引黄灌区最下游,人均水资源量仅为357m3,属资源性缺水地区。作为全县最主要的灌溉、补给水源的黄河客水可用不可靠,而且农业用水存在大水漫灌、利用率不高等人为浪费现象。建设高效节水示范工程,大力促进了节水技术的推广、普及和应用,有效缓解水资源供需矛盾,经济效益、社会效益和生态效益显著,为农村经济发展奠定了坚实基础。
Gaotang County is located in the most downstream bit Hill irrigation area, the per capita water resources is only 357m3, is a resource-poor areas. As the county’s main irrigation, water supply of the Yellow River passenger water available unreliable, and agricultural water there is flood irrigation, the utilization rate is not high, such as human waste phenomenon. Construction of water-saving demonstration project, and vigorously promote the promotion, popularization and application of water-saving technologies to effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources, economic, social and ecological benefits significantly, laying a solid foundation for rural economic development.
