我国农药行业大而不强由来已久,虽然产量世界第一,但销售产值和利润率与发达国家有明显差距,这充分说明我们的农药技术落后、产品附加值不高等问题亟待解决。这种状况的形成自然与国内农药产业研发投入不足有关,但在笔者看来,频发的知识产权侵权问题对农药产业发展的负面影响更不容忽视。
Although the pesticide industry in China is big but not strong, it has a long history of production. Although its output is the largest in the world, its sales value and profit margin are obviously different from those of developed countries. This fully shows that our pesticide technology is backward and the added value of products is not high enough. The formation of this situation is naturally related to insufficient investment in research and development of the domestic pesticide industry. However, in my opinion, the negative impact of the frequent intellectual property infringement on the development of pesticide industry can not be ignored.
