霉菌毒素污染普遍存在于及饲料原料中。据统计,全世界每年大约有25%的谷物遭受各种霉菌毒素的污染,极大地危害了动物的健康。霉菌毒素俨然已成为养殖业的隐形杀手。因此,霉菌毒素吸附剂的研究、开发及应用已成为研究热点,而矿物类霉菌毒素吸附剂又以其绿色、安全、环保的特质备受关注。为了使大家更深入地了解霉菌毒素吸附剂的应用技术,本刊记者继2012年9月22日首届饲料脱霉技术研讨会后,专程前往特别联办单位美泰克(天津)矿物有限公司,采访总经理周慧堂博士,就矿物类霉菌毒素吸附剂在畜牧业中应用的热点问题进行了深入地交流。
Mycotoxin contamination is widespread in feed ingredients. According to statistics, about 25% of cereals in the world are contaminated with various mycotoxins every year, which greatly endangers the health of animals. Mycotoxins have become the invisible killers of aquaculture. Therefore, the research, development and application of mycotoxin adsorbents have become the research hotspots, and the mineral mycotoxin adsorbents have attracted the attention of their green, safe and environmentally friendly traits. In order to make everyone understand the application technology of mycotoxins more deeply, our correspondent made a special trip to the special joint organizer Maytag (Tianjin) Minerals Co., Ltd. after an inaugural seminar on mold detoxification on September 22, 2012. Dr. Zhou Huitang, general manager, conducted an in-depth exchange of hot issues concerning the application of mineral mycotoxin adsorbents in animal husbandry.
