邓子恢,1896年8月生,福建龙岩人,1925年参加革命,1926年加入中国共产党。历任闽西特委书记,闽西苏维埃政府主席,中华苏维埃工农民主政府财政部长,新四军政治部主任,华中分局书记,华中军区政委,中原临时人民政府主席,中原局第三书记等职。中华人民共和国成立后,历任中南局第二书记,中南军区第二政委,中南行政委员会副主席,中共中央农村工作部部长兼国家计委副主任,中央财委副主任,政务院第四办公室主任,国务院副总理(1954年任),第四届全国政协副主席。是中共第七至九届中央委员,第一至三届全国人大代表,1972年12月10日在北京逝世,享年76岁。
Deng Zihui, born in August 1896, Longyan, Fujian Province, joined the revolution in 1925 and joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1926. Served as secretary of western Fujian Minxi Committee, chairman of the government of Western Fujian Soviet Union, the Soviet Union workers and peasants government finance minister, director of the New Fourth Army Political Department, Central China Branch Secretary, political commissar of the Central Military Region, chairman of the Central Plains People’s Government, the Central Plains Bureau third secretary and other staff. After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, he served successively as the second secretary of the Central South Bureau, the second political commissar of the Central South Military Region, the vice chairman of the Central South Administrative Committee, the minister of the Rural Work Department of the CPC Central Committee and deputy director of the State Planning Commission, the deputy director of the Central Finance Committee, Vice Premier of the State Council (1954), Vice Chairman of the Fourth CPPCC National Committee. It is the seventh to ninth members of the CPC Central Committee, the first to the third National People’s Congress, died in Beijing on December 10, 1972, at the age of 76.
