目的探讨中医护理干预在小儿骨折围手术期的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年2月至2015年6月收治的70例骨折患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。2组患儿均给予常规护理,观察组患儿在围手术期内,配合应用中医护理干预,比较2组患儿的术后恢复时间及治疗效果。结果观察组术后康复时间为(14.7±4.1)d,对照组为(22.4±5.1)d,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为91.4%,对照组为71.4%,经统计学分析,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论骨折患儿配合中医护理干预,可保证治愈效果,缩短治疗时间,改善预后,值得临床上推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention in pediatric perioperative period. Methods Seventy children with fracture treated in our hospital from February 2014 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each group. Two groups of children were given routine care, observation group of children in the perioperative period, with the application of Chinese medicine intervention, compared two groups of children after the recovery time and treatment. Results The recovery time in the observation group was (14.7 ± 4.1) days, and in the control group (22.4 ± 5.1 days), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 91.4% Group was 71.4%, the statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Fracture children with Chinese medicine nursing intervention can ensure the cure effect, shorten the treatment time and improve prognosis, it is worth popularizing and clinical application.
