目的通过复壮已退化的蜜环菌,恢复其促进天麻生长及天麻素积累的作用。方法将相同来源的蜜环菌Arrmillearia mellea野生菌种、该野生菌种连续无性繁殖退化的后代菌种以及退化后复壮的菌种接种到同一品种的天麻Gastrodia elata上进行栽培试验,测定天麻的生物产量和天麻素质量分数。结果野生菌种组与退化菌种组相比较、复壮菌种组与退化菌种组相比较在天麻产量、天麻素质量分数上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论采用诱导子实体方法可以使退化的蜜环菌复壮,其促进天麻生长、天麻素积累的作用也得以恢复。
OBJECTIVE To restore the effect of Gastrodia elata Blume on growth and gastrodin accumulation by rejuvenating Armillaria mellea. Methods The same species of Armillaria glabra Arrmillearia mellea wild strain, the continuous propagation of degenerative progeny strains of wild strains and degenerated and rejuvenated strains were inoculated into Gastrodia elata of the same species for cultivation, and the bioactivity of Gastrodia elata Yield and gastrodin mass fraction. Results Compared with the degenerated species group, there was a significant difference in the yield of gastrodin and gastrodin between the rejuvenating group and the degraded group (P <0.01). Conclusion The induced fruiting bodies can be used to rejuvenate degenerated Armillaria mellea, which can promote the growth of Gastrodia elata Blume and the accumulation of gastrodin can be recovered.
