目的了解高职院校家庭经济困难学生心理健康状况,为在高职院校开展贫困生心理健康教育提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,对安徽机电职业技术学院210名家庭经济困难学生进行问卷调查,研究工具为症状自评量表(SCL-90)。结果家庭经济困难学生5个因子得分高于国内青年组常模(P<0.01),6个因子得分均高于非贫困生组(P<0.05)。中度以上心理问题检出率为21.6%;其中强迫、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性问题突出。结论高职院校家庭经济困难学生心理健康状况不容乐观,应有针对性地加强对其进行心理健康教育。
Objective To understand the mental health of students from economically disadvantaged families in higher vocational colleges and to provide basis for carrying out psychological health education for poor students in higher vocational colleges. Methods The method of cluster sampling was used to survey 210 school-based economically disadvantaged students in Anhui Vocational and Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering. The research tool was Self-rating Symptom Scale (SCL-90). Results The scores of five factors of family economic difficulties were higher than that of the national youth group (P <0.01). The scores of six factors were all higher than those of non-poor students (P <0.05). The detection rate of moderate psychological problems was 21.6%. Among them, the problems of coercion, depression, anxiety and psychosis were outstanding. Conclusion The mental health status of students with financial difficulties in families in higher vocational colleges is not optimistic. Psychological health education should be strengthened in a targeted manner.
