随着教育改革的不断推进,高等教育所面临的宏微观环境都发生了变化。面对新形势,深化教学改革,加快推进教学管理创新,进而提高整体教学水平和人才培养质量,已经成为当前高职院校教育改革的一项亟待解决的任务。本文主要分析了高职院校教学管理现状中存在的一些问题及改进目前现状的必要性,对高职院校的教学管理作了几点思考与分析,意在促进高职院校的教育更好更快的发展。
With the continuous promotion of education reform, the macro and micro environments faced by higher education have changed.
