自体骨髓移植(ABMT)治疗急性白血病在国内外已引起广泛重视。然而,自体骨髓中残存的白血病细胞是ABMT后导致白血病复发的主要原因之一,因此,清除此类白血病细胞,即骨髓体外净化已成为目前ABMT的主要研究课题。我们自1988年以来,进行了微波对白血病细胞影响的实验研究,并应用微波净化的ABMT治疗急性白血病6例。现总结报告如下。 材料与方法 一,病例:一般情况见表1。ABMT前行全面查体,发现并清除隐性病灶。自预处理前3天起迁居层流病室(100级),严密隔离,直到周围血中性粒细胞恢复至0.5×10~9/L时为止。在隔离期进无菌饮食,口服肠道消毒剂(新霉素、复方新诺
Autologous bone marrow transplantation (ABMT) in the treatment of acute leukemia has attracted wide attention at home and abroad.
