以废聚苯乙烯(WPS)泡沫为原料,采用浓硫酸和发烟硫酸两种磺化方法制备性能良好的砼减水剂。对所制砼减水剂的化学成分、分子结构、酸碱度、起泡性、流动度和减水率等性能作了检测,并对其3d、7d和28d的抗折、抗压强度作了不同W/C和不同减水剂掺量条件下的对比试验。结果表明:聚苯乙烯(PS)磺酸钠砼减水剂(简称PS减水剂)属引气型高效减水剂,适宜的掺量为0.5%~0.8%,减水率可达20.5%,28d砼的抗折、抗压强度比未掺PS减水剂分别提高13.2%和26.9%。
The waste polystyrene (WPS) foam as raw material, the use of concentrated sulfuric acid and oleum two kinds of sulfonation method to prepare good performance concrete water reducer. The chemical composition, molecular structure, pH, foamability, fluidity and water-reducing rate of the prepared superplasticizer were tested. The flexural strength and compressive strength of the superplasticizer were tested at 3d, 7d and 28d W / C and different superplasticizer dosage under the conditions of the comparative test. The results show that PS (PS) sulfonic acid sodium superplasticizer (PS water reducer) is a kind of air-entraining superplasticizer, the suitable dosage is 0.5% ~ 0.8% Up to 20.5%. The flexural strength and compressive strength of 28 d concrete increased by 13.2% and 26.9% respectively compared with those without PS water reducer.
