“两改一同价”后,供电企业贷款对农村低压电网进行改造,低压电网的损耗和维护费用核算入电价解决,从而形成了农村低压电网维护费。农村低压电网维护费自收取以来,对农网“两改一同价”工作起到积极作用,为城乡同网同价奠定了良好基础,成为实现城乡同网同价的重要保证。农村低压电网维护费收取水平的高低不仅关系到农村电网的日常维护,更关系到农村电网的可持续运营。
