本文用计算机分析生产数据的方法,找出冶金工艺显著影响因素,并直接绘出生产统计图表。文中认为冶金工艺因素是通过对凝固过程发生影响而起作用的,找出了凝固过程延续时间的公式,推理性地绘出了凝固过程温度分布曲线,对选择性结晶动力学提出假说,从而使冶金工艺因素对断口的影响得到说明。文中结果表明,具有统计性质的断口合格率可以表明夹杂物在钢中集中分布的程度;为控制冶金因素从而控制钢中夹杂找到了依据,正如R.kiessling指出:“钢的冶炼具体情况对夹杂物形成的影响比钢的分析成份的影响要大得多。特别是脱氧情况和浇注操作,注锭方法对夹杂物的数量、大小、种类有巨大影响”。
In this paper, the method of computer analysis of production data to identify the significant impact of metallurgical processes, and directly draw the production of statistical charts.
