一、医疗资源及其投入优化原则医疗资源是医疗卫生部门提供医疗服务所拥有的人力资源、财力资源和物力资源。医疗资源的区域投入优化原则,就是要根据区域人群的疾病谱、健康状况和期望目标,确定对控制区域人群某一疾病的发病情况和死亡情况,用健康产品函数曲线进行综合分析和评价,从而使区域医疗资源的分配和投入达到优化有效、科学经济。就是说,要尽量避免区域医疗资源投入多,而人群健康状况反而没有改善,或改善不明显的浪费
I. Optimization Principles for Medical Resources and Their Investment Medical resources are the human, financial and material resources that medical and health departments provide for medical services. The principle of regional investment optimization of medical resources is to determine the incidence and death of a certain disease in the controlled region according to the disease spectrum, health status, and expected goals of the population in the region, and perform comprehensive analysis and evaluation using the health product function curve.
