空中女服务员在我国又称“空中小姐”。由于空中服务是体现一家航空公司面貌的标志,故空中女服务员的身体与心理素质甚为重要。我国招收妙龄少女当“空姐”,对她们进行专业训练并通过严格考核后,才能担任空中女服务员。她们的任务和职责是为旅客服务,尽量使旅客的旅途愉快,因此她们应该态度和蔼,谈吐风趣,举止得体,服务周到,而在出现紧张情况时,她们又应该沉着镇静,迅速果断地采取措施,包括帮助旅客安全撤离。
