公司原名国营红星无线电器材厂(国营第七九九厂),始建于1939年,是我国最早生产电子陶瓷和旋转开关、接插件的专业厂,2009年与四川长虹电子集团有限公司战略合作,成为长虹集团旗下四川电子军工集团的子公司。公司拥有“氧化铍陶瓷”和“旋转开关”贯彻国军标生产线,长期为国家重点工程研制、配套相关产品,系国家军用电子装备核心配套企业。公司是承研承制、武器装备许可单位,四川省高新技术企业,公司技术中心为省级企业技术中心。
