由于用工制度的变化,一些国有企业吸纳了大量临时工。这带来了国有企业职工队伍结构的变化,也给国有企业工会工作带来了新课题。武铁分局中力集团所属的江城大酒店、九洲饭店就是这样。江城大酒店最高峰时拥有员工500人,其中临时工400多人;九洲饭店400多名员工中,正式工只有80多人。由于身份差异,一方面,不少临时工抱着“打一天工挣一天钱”的态度,对企业发展不关心,形成了影响企业向更高层次发展的“软内伤”;另一方面,不少临时工受到不同程度的歧视,他们迫切需要工会组织来维护他们的合法权益。工会是职工的“娘家”。“进了企业的门,就是工会的人。”中力集团工会认准了这一条,也采取了硬措施。
